Debrecen International Airport Terminal Concept
Infrastructure & transport gateway — Modular passenger terminal
A future-oriented terminal concept for Hungary’s second-largest airport, designed around
a hall-type modular structure for approximately 3 million passengers per year.
The proposal focuses on clear passenger flows, transparent steel-and-glass architecture,
and a modular system that allows phased expansion without major operational disruption.
This work underpins Strategaris’s understanding of aviation logistics, infrastructure
phasing, and the regulatory discipline required for large-scale transport projects.
Detroit Waterfront Regeneration Concept
Mixed-use high-rise cluster — Urban waterfront regeneration
A visionary concept for Detroit’s riverfront, proposing three twisting triangular towers
(residential, hotel, office) unified by a sky-lobby and a multi-level public podium.
The scheme combines mixed-use density with public waterfront access, integrating retail,
leisure terraces, and civic spaces into a continuous activated edge.
This project reflects early work in city-scale regeneration and mixed-use place-making,
directly informing Strategaris’s current focus on brownfield-to-value transformation.
Nyugati Railway Station Masterplan Competition
Transit-oriented urban core regeneration — Budapest, Hungary
In collaboration with Lamela, Cruz y Ortiz, and Szántó & Mikó Architects
International competition entry reimagining Budapest’s Nyugati Railway Station as a
21st-century mobility hub and mixed-use urban district, while respecting the historic
Eiffel-designed hall.
The concept introduced new subterranean platforms beneath the existing station, a linear
central park above the rail yard, and integrated districts for business, residential,
and civic uses connected by walkable public spaces.
This work exemplifies the integration of infrastructure, heritage, mobility, and
real-estate logic that now underpins Strategaris’s transit-oriented development strategy.
Pécs Tüskésrét Masterplan
Sports & recreation district — 31.7 ha urban extension, Pécs, Hungary
A comprehensive masterplan for a regional sports and leisure district at Tüskésrét,
integrating an aquapark, international-standard swimming complex, multifunctional
sports and events hall, hotel, and connected public spaces around Lake Tüskésrét.
The plan organises the primary 31.7 hectare municipal site into a coherent sports
and recreation campus with a central covered car park for approximately 800 cars,
clear separation of vehicular, cycling, and pedestrian routes, and a raised,
landscaped central square as the focal point of the development.
Phased implementation allows the four main facilities to operate independently once
completed, while the wider concept anticipates a complementary residential zone on
adjacent plots to strengthen the long-term economic base of the area.
This project illustrates large-scale site planning, zoning logic, infrastructure
integration, and sustainability targets, forming part of the foundational experience
that now informs Strategaris’s approach to complex, multi-stakeholder urban projects.
